ZAGREB, June 6 (Hina) - On the occasion of the national day on the rights of persons with mental disabilities, Croatian Ombudswoman for Persons with Disabilities Anka Slonjsak has warned about violations of rights of persons with mental disabilities that are due to Croatia not having developed community psychiatry or extra-institutional services for support to people with mental disabilities, which is why they are put in mental institutions or foster homes.
