ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - Milan Bandic, the incumbent mayor of the Croatian capital of Zagreb was leading with a small margin in the election runoff ahead of his rival Anka Mrak Taritas, the candidate of the Croatian People's Party (HNS) backed by the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and the same developments were reported in the second biggest city, Split, where Zeljko Kerum of the Croatian Civic Party (HGS) was in the lead with just over a percentage point ahead of Andro Krstulovic Opara of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), exit polls showed after Croatia held the second round of the local elections on Sunday.
