ZAGREB, May 9 (Hina) - The Executive Committee of the Croatian Helsinki Committee for Human Rights (HHO) warned on Tuesday that HDZ party vice-president and Deputy Parliament Speaker Milijan Brkic's statement that ethnic minorities would not be the ones to decide the government's makeup constituted uncivilised speech and was contrary to the Constitution.
