ZAGREB, May 7 (Hina) - An exhibition of works by Baroque Italian painters: Giambattista Tiepolo, his son Giandomenico Tiepolo and their contemporaries: Zais, Pittoni, Piazzetta, and a few mote artists will be staged in Zagreb's Museum of Arts and Crafts from 1 June to 1 October.
The opening of the exhibition will be organised on the occasion of Italian Republic Day, observed on 2 June.
As many as 27 oil painting, four drawings and 12 engravings and prints of these Italian artists from the Baroque period will be put on display.
During a recent news conference when he announced this event, Italian Ambassador to Croatia, Adriano Chiodi Cianfarani, expressed hope that the exhibition would be a great success.
