"The Salon of Contemporary Religious Visual Arts is a novelty of the Christian Culture Days event. It is a competitive exhibition for which a lot of works were entered and a jury has selected about 70 for this exhibition," Christian Culture Days director Miro Radalj said.
Radalj said that the Salon of Contemporary Religious Visual Arts would be held every two years.
The winners of the first Salon were academically trained painter Vladimir Meglic, for his oil on canvas painting titled "Abraham's Visitors", and academically trained sculptor Kruno Bosnjak, for his sculpture "The Messiah".
