ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - The government on Friday put forward to the parliament a bill on emergency receivership for companies vital for the national company when they run into trouble, and the basic eligibility criteria is for a company to have at least 5,000 employees and 7.5 billion kuna (a billion euro) in overdue liabilities, with receivership lasting no longer than 15 months.
