ZAGREB, March 30 (Hina) - Baker Tilly, one of the audit companies that audited financial reports of the Croatian food and retail concern Agrokor, said on Thursday that in the previous years it had found certain irregularities while auditing individual companies of the concern which were corrected in consolidation packages, and that it presumed the statement by a VTB bank official on irregularities in Agrokor's financial statements was due to a communication glitch between the bank and Agrokor's strategy department.
