ZAGREB, March 29 (Hina) - Considering that empowering youth is an essential element in countering violent extremism and preventing marginalisation and radicalisation, Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development, Neven Mimca together with Mr Kofi Annan on Wednesday presented an EU co-funded flagship initiative, against violent extremism, entitled "Extremely Together," the European Commission said in a press release.
