ZAGREB, March 2 (Hina) - European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will travel to Skopje on Thursday evening for talks with Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov and other political stakeholders on the ongoing political crisis after Ivanov said he could not give a mandate to form a government to Social Democratic Union (SDSM) leader Zoran Zaev, who has won a majority in parliament by receiving support from ethnic Albanian parties.
