Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. was held on 23rd February 2017 and the Resolution on appointment of PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board president and members was reached as follows:
Persons appointed to PODRAVKA Inc Management Board are:
1. Marin Pucar – as the president of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc.,
2. Ljiljana Šapina – as the member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc.,
3. Iva Brajević – as the member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc.,
4. Hrvoje Kolarić – as the member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc.
The term of the appointed PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board president and members begins as of 24th February 2017 and lasts until 31st October 2018, except for the appointed Management Board member Iva Brajević – her term expires on 30th April 2017.
As of 1st May 2017 PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board member is Davor Doko – present Management Board member of Allianz ZB company for managing obligatory pension fund.
