ZAGREB, February 23, 2017 (Hina) - The "Novosti" weekly, issued by the the Serb People's Council (SNV), on Thursday called on the public, international and local institutions and civil society associations to stand up for the defence of freedom of the media and of the vested rights of ethnic minorities, after the nongovernmental organisation "In the Name of Family" requested the cessation of the publication of that newspaper, accusing it of spreading hatred against the Croats.
