Podravka Inc. notifies that in execution of share purchase option rights regarding Company shares, the Company released on 22nd February 2017 a total of 1,300 ordinary shares with the ticker PODR-R-A which represents 0.018258 % of the Company's share capital.
After mentioned share release, the treasury account of the Company holds 171,100 of the own shares, which represents 2.403089 % of the Company's share capital.
