ZAGREB, Feb 9 (Hina) - The head of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation (OSCE) Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jonathan Moore, has told a Sarajevo daily that Bosnia and Herzegovina's filing a new lawsuit against Serbia for aggression and genocide at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) would only worsen the situation in the country and the rest of the region and that it was unlikely to change a 2007 verdict that acquitted Serbia of the charges.
