ZAGREB, Jan 28 (Hina) - The biggest Bosnian Serb party that is a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's ruling coalition on Saturday dismissed a proposal by Dragan Covic, leader of the Croat HDZ BiH party, for a new territorial make-up of the country, saying that the proposal was impracticable in the Serb entity and calling for compliance with the Dayton peace agreement, which ended the war in the country in 1995.
