Podravka Inc. notifies that in execution of share purchase option rights regarding Company shares, the Company released on 19th January 2017 a total of 18,000 ordinary shares with the ticker PODR-R-A which represents 0.252809 % of the Company's share capital.
After mentioned share release, the treasury account of the Company holds 174,900 of the own shares, which represents 2.456460% of the Company's share capital.
