ZAGREB, Jan 16 (Hina) - The City of Rijeka and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County on Monday organised a commemoration in the northern Adriatic port on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Croatia's international recognition, with county prefect Zlatko Komadina saying war veterans, first President Franjo Tudjman, and former Social Democratic Party leader Ivica Racan, who "said no to Slobodan Milosevic", deserved credit for the country's defence and recognition.
