ZAGREB, Dec 31 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said in an interview with Nova TV on Friday that his government was the first Croatian government to have sat at the table with the management of the INA oil company, that the government was acting responsibly regarding that strategically important national company and that it was considering buying out the MOL oil company's stake in INA based on the model of an initial public offering (IPO) of HEP power company shares.
