ZAGREB, Dec 19 (Hina) - There are still no separate details in Croatia about funds earmarked for children either at the national or local level and so there is no clear indication of how much is budgeted from the state treasury for children's entitlements, Ombudswoman for Children Ivana Milas Klaric said on Monday and called on the relevant institutions to prepare a "children's budget" that will contribute to the exercising of rights of this the most vulnerable population.
