ZAGREB, Dec 16 (Hina) - Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar has said that he too pushed for a solution adopted at an European Union summit on Thursday under which, in enforcing stricter control on the external borders of the EU and the Schengen Area, the specific situations in some member states should be taken into account and measures should be adapted to actual circumstances.
