ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - The government's political stability and favourable macroeconomic trends offer an opportunity as well as impose an obligation on the government to implement comprehensive structural and fiscal reforms, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said at the start of a government session focusing on a draft budget for 2017 on Thursday.
