ZAGREB, Nov 22, (Hina) - The Montenegrin Justice Ministry has sent to the Russian Justice Ministry a request to question two Russian citizens -- Eduard Vladimirovich Shirokov and Vladimir Nikolaievich Popov -- suspected of leading a criminal group that conspired to attack Montenegrin state institutions, assassinate Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic and permanently destabilise the country.
