ZAGREB, Oct 28 (Hina) - The president of the European People's Party (EPP) Group in the European Committee of the Regions, Michael Schneider, said in Dubrovnik on Friday that borders within the European Union must not be a barrier to economic development of regions but that at the same time, the EU's external borders must be protected and that registration is the best way to prevent terrorists from entering the EU.
