ZAGREB, Oct 20 (Hina) - The Social Democratic Party (SDP) caucus on Thursday sent a request to the Constitutional Court concerning the constitutionality of the law restricting the right of office holders to financial entitlements upon the expiry of their term, as this leading Opposition party finds the provision enabling the retroactive application of the law to be disputable.
