ZAGREB, Oct 19 (Hina) - The government programme which Prime Minister-designate Andrej Plenkovic unveiled in the Croatian parliament on Wednesday includes the reform of the education system and further curricular reform, establishment of the National Innovation Council and the Central Government Office for Sport, higher allocations for culture, a cultural development strategy and media strategy, a new law on Hina, and amendments to the law on the HRT public broadcasting corporation.
