The construction of the new centre started 10 months ago and is expected to be completed in June 2017.
The new centre will spread on 4,800 square metres and it will have 70 beds and 15 chairs in a day hospital where criminals sentenced to a psychiatric facility would be treated.
The agreement was signed by EU Funds and Regional Development Minister Tomislav Tolusic, Vrapce hospital chief of staff Vlaho Juhic and the head of the central agency for the financing of EU programmes and projects, Tomislav Petric. Also present at the signing was Health Minister Dario Nakic.
