ZAGREB, Sept 28 (Hina) - The elected parliamentary representatives of the ethnic minorities have not yet given their signatures to Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) leader Andrej Plenkovic to be a new prime minister-designate, they confirmed after consultations with President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic in her office on Wednesday.
