The said price does not refer to newly built flats from a government scheme for subsidised housing construction.

When data on prices of flats from the government scheme for subsidised housing construction are added to this, the average price of new flats sold in the first six months comes to HRK 10,179 per square metre, down 11% from the same period of last year.
