ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - Foreign news agencies on Sunday evening reported about a very tight race between the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP)-led People's Coalition in Croatia's snap parliamentary election, stressing that none of the parties would win an absolute majority and would have to seek a partner to form a coalition government, which could again take some time or even lead to a new, third election in slightly more than a year.
