Zagrebački holding d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 41, HR-10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia ("Issuer"), hereby submits the notification that it has, on 14 July 2016, published on its Internet site (http://www.zgh.hr/aktualnosti-10/investitori/2370) the Final Results Announcement whereby it has announced the final results of its invitation to the holders of the outstanding notes (EUR 300,000,000, 5.50 per cent. Notes due 2017, ISIN: XS0309688918) (the "Notes"), to tender such Notes for purchase by the Issuer for cash (the "Offer"), subject to satisfaction or waiver of the condition described in the Tender Offer Memorandum dated 30 June 2016.
The tendered amount at the expiration deadline is EUR 146,300,000 representing 48.77% of the outstanding nominal amount of the Notes. Following settlement of the Offer, EUR 153,700,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes will remain outstanding.
This notification is not and may not be deemed as an offer to purchase the Notes, nor as an advice or recommendation for trading with any existing or future security instrument of the Issuer.
