ZAGREB, June 30 (Hina) - Due to a lack of quorum, the parliamentary committee on domestic policy and national security on Thursday did not hold its session which was to have focused on the appointment of the chair and members of the Council for the Civil Monitoring of Security-Intelligence Agencies, with Opposition MPs and Bridge MP Ines Strenja Linic warning that there would be no civilian monitoring of the Security-Intelligence Agency (SOA) for more than a year.
