In cooperation with Croatian partners Brioni Pula, Vincek Prijevoz, Slavonija Bus and Prijevoz Knezevic, FlixBus will connect Vukovar and Vinkovci in eastern Croatia, Split and Dalmatia in the south, and Istria, Zagreb and Varazdin in the west and north with cities in Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Italy.
The prices of domestic trips will start at 39 kuna and the prices of trips abroad will start at 69 kuna. For example, a ticket from Zagreb to Hamburg will cost about 40 euros and one to Paris will be about 40 euros.
The FlixBus business model is recognised throughout Europe and we can hope for similar success in Croatia, said Dean Cebohin, who is responsible for FlixBus business development in Croatia. He added that initially around 20 FlixBuses would be operating in Croatia.
FlixBus founder Andre Schwammlein explained that the company offered its partners network planning, user support, quality management, marketing and sales, ticket sales systems, price management and business development.
