ZAGREB, May 17 (Hina) - A trial against former Sisak County prefect and member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Marina Lovric Merzel did not commence on Tuesday as scheduled because Judge Ivan Turudic once again overruled a plea bargain between the prosecution and Zeljko Zuzic under which this businessman would have been given a conditional sentenced in return for turning state witness.
