Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereinafter also as: the Company) hereby notifies on the receipt of notice on changes in the percentage of voting rights in Atlantic Grupa d.d., issued on 13 May, 2016 by Allianz ZB d.o.o. - Mandatory Pension Fund Management Company for the benefit of AZ Mandatory Pension Fund category B (hereinafter also as: the Acquirer).
The subject notice refers to the acquisition of 132.615 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d. executed on May 13, 2016 by the Acquirer resulting in exceeding the threshold of 5% of voting rights at the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d.
Before the transaction the Acquirer held 147.760 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., which represents 4,43% of voting rights at the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d., while following the transaction the Acquirer holds 280.375 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., which represents 8,41% of voting rights at the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d.
