ZAGREB, April 28 (Hina) - A group of members of Parliament from the HDZ-led Patriotic Coalition sent an open letter to the Croatian government, the UN Security Council, and permanent and current non-permanent members of the UN Security Council warning that Vesna Pusic's candidacy for UN Secretary-General lacked the legal validity and moral legitimacy required for that high position.
