DUUDI advertises sale of 25 properties

Author: Snježana Pezer

ZAGREB, April 26 (Hina) - The State Property Management Office (DUUDI) has advertised the sale of 25 state-owned properties around the country, mostly arable land, orchards and fields with an estimated starting value of HRK 45.5 million.

The advertisement for the sale of the properties was published late last week. All the properties will be sold in their existing state based on the sold as seen principle and bids will be accepted until June 28.

Bids can be submitted by domestic and foreign legal and physical persons. Foreign citizens can bid only if they are citizens of the European Union or citizens of countries that Croatia has reciprocal agreements with for the sale of real estate. All bidders have to provide proof of depositing a guarantee for each particular property and its starting price.

Of the 25 properties on sale, most are defined as arable land, orchards, grazing land, fields or houses, as well as forests and one hotel and one recreation resort.
