In accordance with Capital Market Act and Zagreb Stock Exchange Regulations, we
announce that on 27th April 2016 the meeting of ULJANIK d.d. Supervisory Board will be held during which Yearly consolidated and non-consolidated financial Report of ULJANIK d.d. and Auditor's Report for 2015, suggestion for Decision on use of profit for 2015 as well as the financial Report from 01.01 until 31.03.2016 will be discussed.
The Supervisory Board reserves the right to change the term of the Meeting.
