ZAGREB, April 7 (Hina) - The advisory referendum in the Netherlands in which most voters opted against an association agreement between the European Union and Ukraine is a national referendum with international repercussions that should not have been organised in the first place because a very small number of citizens were deciding on an issue that concerns half a billion EU citizens, Croatian member of the European Parliament Andrej Plenkovic, who heads the Parliament's Delegation to the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Association Committee, said on Thursday.
