ZAGREB, April 5 (Hina) - Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Karamarko and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Hoyt Yee confirmed on Tuesday that the liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal on the northern Adriatic island of Krk was of a strategic interest for Croatia-U.S. cooperation, the Croatian government said in a statement, adding that Croatia was determined to increase effort to realise the project.
