ZAGREB, April 4 (Hina) - Following reports regarding the sale of the Novi List daily, the Croatian Journalists' Association (HND) has called on the relevant state bodies to "attach the necessary attention to the transparency of the media ownership, notably the print media," saying that the sale of the Rijeka-based daily is being carried out in a non-transparent fashion, under the counter and with fictitious owners, which is contrary to the regulations of the Media Act.
