ZAGREB, March 18 (Hina) - Clubs of deputies in the Croatian parliament on Friday unanimously supported a proposal by the Committee for Education, Science and Culture that 2016 be named Year of Nikola Subic Zrinski, the great military leader who 450 years ago led the defence of Szigeth from the Ottoman army, with MPs also recalling the obligation of the city of Zagreb, dating back to the 17th century, to erect a monument in his honour in its Zrinjevac park.
