Atlantic Grupa d.d. hereby notifies that on March 9, 2016 Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, informed on the acquisition of shares executed by Allianz ZB d.o.o. for the benefit of AZ Mandatory Pension Fund category B (hereinafter: the Acquirer) executed on March 4, 2016 on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, resulting in exceeding the threshold of 5% of voting rights on the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d. by Allianz SE, Munich, Germany and its associated companies.
Following the transaction, Allianz SE, Munich, Germany with its associated companies holds 174,964 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., which represents 5,25% of the share capital and 5,25% of voting rights at the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d.
