Zagreb County Court has responded to the appeals filed by Dalekovod d.d. on the rulings in the enforcement procedure instituted in 2012 by Podravska banka d.d., Koprivnica with a decision to reject the appeals of Dalekovod d.d. and sustain the decisions of the Zagreb Municipal Court by which enforcement proceedings were ordered under Enforcement Decision № Ovrpl-13071/12.
