on 24th February 2016, the District Court in Ljubljana reached a resolution on registering the Resolution on excluding minority shareholders of ŽITO d.d. from the company (Sklepa o izključitvi manjšinskih delničarjev iz družbe) into the court register, under the number: Srg 2016/7978.
PODRAVKA is obliged to pay the severance payment to minority shareholders of ŽITO d.d. in the total amount of EUR 2,051,879.30.
PODRAVKA will start the payments after receiving the list of authorised persons from the Central Clearing and Depositing Agency, based on the information submitted by minority shareholders.
