ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - The value of real income in agriculture in Croatia in 2015 was HRK 6.9 billion, which is an increase of 23.3 per cent in relation to the previous year, according to the second estimate of the National Bureau of Statistics (DZS), released on Monday.
Real income in agriculture per annual work unit in 2015 was estimated at HRK 36,422, up 22.27 per cent compared with 2014.
Agricultural industry output increased by 3.02 per cent to HRK 17.9 billion, while production costs dropped by 1.87 per cent to HRK 9.4 billion.
Compensation for employees was estimated at HRK 862 million, which is an increase of 1.8 per cent, and labour input rose by 0.53 per cent.
Gross added value was estimated at HRK 8.5 billion, which is an increase of 9 per cent compared with 2014, while net added value increased by 12.5 per cent to HRK 6.1 billion.
