ZAGREB, Dec 28 (Hina) - Academician Zeljko Reiner, who was appointed the Speaker of Croatia's eighth parliament on Monday, was born in 1953 in Zagreb where he also graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb (MD). In 1978 he obtained his Master's degree (MSc), and in 1982 his doctoral degree (PhD), both from the University of Zagreb.
