This is one of the most important documents for the fisheries sector to date, covering 36 measures and the entire fisheries sector, the ministry said.
The ministry said that the aim is to absorb the maximum amount of funding and invest it in projects and activities that will help fishermen, fish farmers and the fish processing industry. It believes that these funds will also help resolve problems that haven't been addressed for years, such as fishing infrastructure (fishing ports and unloading points), the modernisation of fish farms, and the cost-effective operation of Croatian fishermen.
