ZAGREB, Oct 12 (Hina) - The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin),  has allowed Croatia's Vaba Bank to do business on the German market, which created an opportunity for this bank to collect deposits from clients abroad.
Vaba Bank said in a statement on Monday that following BaFin's decision, the bank can now take deposits from clients in Germany.

"Expanding our business activities into the German market has been enabled owing to excellent cooperation with the Savedo company and the German partner bank Biw which has found its place on the marked by offering their clients more choices," Vaba Bank said in the statement.
