ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - In the latest global competitiveness report for 2015-2016 Croatia is ranked 77th of 140 economies, the same place as last year, which means "that we are changing at the same pace as other countries", the chairman of the National Competitiveness Council, Ivica Mudrinic, said on Wednesday, while Deputy Prime Minister Branko Grcic said that in implementing reforms the government had been looking for the right measure of spending and saving.
