ZAGREB, Sept 28 (Hina) - Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said at the United Nations on Sunday that accountable and inclusive institutions, good governance, the rule of law and respect for human rights were the foundations of progress and of safe societies and that the latest migrant crisis showed that there was a lack of strong, joint institutions to respond to security threats, the Office of the President said in a statement.
