LJUBLJANA, Sept 25 (Hina) - Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said on Friday that he was satisfied about the Permanent Court of Arbitration having appointed two new arbiters to complete an arbitral tribunal in charge of a Croatian-Slovenian border dispute, after first the Slovenian and then the Croatian arbiter resigned and the subsequently appointed Slovenian arbiter Ronny Abraham resigned as well.
